Waist: Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the narrowest part of your torso, just above your belly button. Don't suck in or hold your breath.

Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure the fullest part of your hips and bottom, usually about 7-9 inches below your waist.

Bust: Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Underbust: Wrap the tape directly under your bust where a bra band would sit.
